Scott Targac, P.E. Scott began his professional career as an air traffic controller for the United States Navy.  He received an honorable discharge, then went on to receive a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Texas in 2001, with an emphasis in structural design.  He obtained his professional engineering license in 2005 and became a certified windstorm inspector in 2007.  Scott has spent 12 years working in the petrochemical, commercial and residential fields all across the country, and overseas, with a focus on steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and foundational design.

Dwayne Shelton Dwayne began his career in the refining industry at age 16.  He has worked in many different engineering disciplines, and in 2001 he found structural design to be his favorite.  He has since expanded his knowledge of structural engineering and continued to increase his expertise in the field.  His portfolio ranges from residential structures to parking structures, and he has the ability to produce professional documentation for any project.  Dwayne is an expert in Autocad and AutoLISP programming, and is very efficient with building information modeling software such as Revit. 

Bryan Garcia Bryan has an extensive history with civil engineering and structural engineering design. He has experience in commercial, residential, and industrial business which has given him a wide range of knowledge on how to make jobs efficient. Bryan has developed expertise in the areas of hydrology/hydraulics engineering, stormwater drainage, flood mitigation and detention pond design. 

He makes sure the building materials and methods of construction are the best and safest for their clients, while maintaining economic value of the projects. Bryan takes great pride in making clients successful first in order to make TSG successful.
